  • For the Provider: You must successfully create an account, ensure the account is verified, and furnish comprehensive details of the services or goods being listed, including, where applicable, their condition and ownership status.

6. Payment Terms

By Advanced Dev Logics offering the Services to you, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Payment for the provided goods or services must be remitted prior to their delivery.
  • All payments are processed using Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal.
  • You warrant that you have reviewed and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth by the relevant payment provider (Credit Card/PayPal).

7. Refund Policy

Advanced Dev Logics functions as a facilitator, introducing the Receiver to the Provider and providing a secure payment mechanism; consequently, it does not assume direct liability to the Receiver and will not personally issue refunds for payments.

  • The Receiver is obligated to initially contact the Provider directly to formally request a refund.
    • Should direct contact with the Provider prove unsuccessful after a period of fourteen (14) days, the Receiver should contact Contact Us or email support@careerjobs.com.au.
  • If a refund is mutually agreed upon, the Provider shall issue instructions to Advanced Dev Logics to process the refund to the Receiver, with any applicable fees and charges incurred by Advanced Dev Logics in the processing of the refund being deducted.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The Website, the Services, and all related products are protected by copyright and are subject to the laws of Australia and international treaties. Termination by Advanced Dev Logics: Advanced Dev Logics reserves the right to terminate these Terms at any time should you commit a breach of any provision, if required to do so by operation of law, or if the provision of the Services is no longer deemed commercially viable.
