FOCUSED WELL-BEING SERVICES PTY LTD is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapists to join our team on a casual basis. In this rewarding role, you will provide expert in-home care and client-site physiotherapy services, helping individuals improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life within the Yeerongpilly and Ipswich , QLD 4105 areas.

About the Role

As a Physiotherapist with FOCUSED WELL-BEING SERVICES PTY LTD, you will deliver personalized, client-centered care directly in the community. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support our clients in achieving their health and independence goals. This mobile position offers great flexibility and the chance to make a direct, positive impact on clients in their own environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments and evaluations of clients in their homes or on-site locations.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on client goals and clinical needs.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, rehabilitation exercises, and pain management strategies.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on injury prevention, proper movement techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and support workers involved in the client's care network.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated experience in clinical practice, ideally within community, aged care, or in-home care settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Current driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to client sites in and around Yeerongpilly, QLD 4105.
• Current National Police Check and relevant working clearances.
